- The tour organizer is the entity Aurora World Pokusa. In the subsequent provisions of the regulations, the organizer will be referred to by the abbreviation AWP.
- In this regulation, the high season period refers to the dates from December 15 to January 10 and February 5 to February 28. The low season period applies to all other dates.

- Reservations and Cancellations

- Cancellations or changes are considered only after sending a message to the following address: info@auroraoriginal.com.
- A full refund is granted if you cancel your reservation 24 hours before arrival for individual bookings during the low season.
- A full refund is granted if you cancel your reservation 3 days before arrival for individual bookings during the high season.
- A full refund is granted if you cancel your reservation 3 days before arrival for all bookings including discounts or offers.
- A full refund is granted if you cancel your reservation 4 days before arrival for groups and/or private tours (high and low season).
- A full refund is granted if you cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival for tailor-made tours or tours that include partner activities (high and low season).
- In case of cancellation within a period shorter than the situations indicated in points 2.2 to 2.6, a refund will be considered on an individual basis.
- The prices of our tours may change depending on availability and the vehicle used.
- We reserve the right to conduct last-minute promotional campaigns.
- In case of a refund, the money is returned in the same way it was paid. In special cases, an alternative refund method, such as a bank transfer, can be arranged

- Delays, Cancellations, and Changes

- Delays, cancellations, or significant changes may occur at any time due to:
- Weather conditions in the Arctic.
- Minimum number of participants.
- Other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
- In the event of our decision to cancel, we always try to propose an alternative. In case of rejecting the alternative, we refund the full cost of the reservation.
- Refunds cannot be claimed due to issues with the vehicle used during the activity, as this is a service provided by an external company. In case of a complaint, it should be directed directly to the transport company.
- Refunds cannot be claimed due to weather conditions. We advise everyone to dress warmly and be prepared for Arctic weather conditions.
- We do not cover costs related to the cancellation/change of refunds due to the impact of Arctic conditions on our operations, accidents outside the bus, illnesses, flight cancellations, etc. This should be managed through guests’ travel insurance.

- Rules during the tour

- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on our tours. We reserve the right to exclude individuals who are clearly under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. A complete ban on smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is in effect in vehicles and places indicated by the guide.
- During the tour, it is necessary to follow the guide’s and assistant’s recommendations.
- Seat belts must be fastened every time when traveling by bus/van/car. When purchasing a tour, inform about the need to use special seats/child seats for children.

- Insurance

- Customers are responsible for having appropriate travel insurance that covers situations such as delays, illnesses, accidents, canceled flights, and other unforeseen circumstances. AWP is not responsible for costs associated with such situations and recommends having up-to-date travel insurance for all tour participants.

- Check-In

- Please check in at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure.
- Entry to the vehicle is allowed only for individuals who have checked in and have a ticket/proof of tour purchase.
- . Late check-in will result in the loss of the right to a refund or rescheduling.

- Force Majeure

- AWP is not liable for circumstances caused by force majeure events, such as snowstorms, icy roads, avalanches, strikes, lockdowns, pandemics, collisions, delays on trains, ferries, buses, planes, accidents on our tours, fires, and damage to vehicles (such as clogged toilets due to customers’ misuse or frozen parts due to Arctic weather). We do not assume responsibility for wars, terrorism, diseases, or any other conditions beyond our control.
